Offline Customer Service Representative Support Services

The Offline Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting all telephone and broadband service concerns and completion of offline activities to support the customer base. Activities include: order entry, order corrections, billing inquiry explanation, completion of adjustments, and other offline customer support activities. Other duties as assigned.

The Offline Customer Service Representative should have good telephone communication skills and customer interface ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player, and defuse difficult situations. PC skills (Windows), 10-key and keyboarding skills required. Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm. The ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing and order entry systems. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Also, overtime may be required.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
