CustomerCare Specialist

Handles inbound Vendor calls in a call center environment on a variety of subjects. Enrichand schedule all vendor portal orders as assigned. Explainproducts and services to vendors and assist with over the phone orderplacement. Assist vendors with issue as theyarise and report issues as needed to technical support. Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge oftelephony technology and industry updates. Other duties as assigned. Goodtelephone communication skills and customer interface ability. Ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretionin evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player, and defusedifficult situations. PC skills (Windows), 10-key and keyboarding skills. Theability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge ofbilling systems and order entry. Must be able to work flexible hours on arotating schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends. Also, overtime maybe required.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
